Snow White

Once upon a time, in a faraway kingdom, there lived a beautiful princess named Snow White. She had skin as white as snow, hair as black as ebony, and lips as red as a rose. Snow White was kind and beloved by everyone, except for her stepmother, the queen, who was very vain and had a magic mirror.

Every day, the queen would ask the mirror:

“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?”

And the mirror always answered:

“You, O queen, are the fairest of them all.”

But one day, the mirror replied:

“Snow White is now the fairest of them all.”

Filled with jealousy and rage, the queen ordered a huntsman to take Snow White into the forest and kill her. But the huntsman, with a heavy heart, couldn’t carry out the order and let Snow White escape.

Alone and frightened, Snow White ran through the forest until she found a charming little cottage. Inside, she found seven small beds and decided to rest. At dusk, the seven dwarfs who lived there returned from working in the mine and were surprised to find Snow White. She told them her story, and the dwarfs, moved by her tale, invited her to stay with them.

Meanwhile, the queen discovered through the magic mirror that Snow White was still alive. Furious, she decided to take matters into her own hands. Disguised as an old woman, she went to the dwarfs’ cottage with a poisoned apple.

“My dear, take this red, juicy apple,” the disguised queen said.

Snow White, suspecting nothing, took a bite of the apple and immediately fell into a deep sleep, as if dead. When the dwarfs came home and found her, they were devastated and placed Snow White in a glass coffin, for her beauty was eternal.

Days passed, and one day, a prince traveling through the kingdom saw Snow White in the coffin. Enchanted by her beauty, he asked the dwarfs for permission to kiss her. As his lips touched hers, the spell broke, and Snow White awoke, full of life.

The dwarfs and the prince were overjoyed. Snow White and the prince fell in love at first sight and soon got married, living happily ever after. The evil queen, upon learning of Snow White’s happiness, fled the kingdom, never to return.

The End.

The story of Snow White teaches us about kindness, jealousy, and the power of true love. I hope you enjoyed this magical adventure!
